Q1: What kind of cabinets do you have in your factory?
A: We provide cabinets such like : Solid wood, Real wood veneer, PVC, Melamine, Lacquer and so on. And different colors are available.
Q2: I don't have the kitchen cabinet design drawing. How could you help me?
A: Free drawing is available in our service. But you need to provide your kitchen room sizes, window location and sizes, door location and sizes, floor to ceiling height, appliances sizes to us. A sketch sample can be provided to guide you to give us the above information. We can discuss the drawings and make change until you are pleased with the design.
Q3: How could you guarantee the quality?
A: We won't begin production until you confirm the final drawing. And we have strict quality checking processes. Any finished product will go through at least quality checking for 3 times. You are welcomed to visit our factory and we can send our products to you to confirm.
Q4: How could you guarantee your price is favorable?
A: Our products are factory-direct supply. And we have efficient sales team to lower down our cost.
Q5: What's your frequently-used hardware?
A: Most of our hardware use import BLUM, Hettich and DTC.
Q6: How about the samples?
A: We can provide the samples but the freight are charged.
Q7: Before make the order, can I visit your factory?
A:You are very welcome to visit our factory. Pls inform us your traveling schedule ahead of time.
Q8: How to order the kitchen cabinets and other products?
Just take the following steps:
Step 1:Contact with me, send us your kitchen layout or draft, so that we can get an idea of the dimensions and space allocation.
Step 2: With your measurements, our designer will design ur kitchen based on your ideas.
Step 3: With detailed drawings confirmed, we'll give a exact accurate quotation to you.
Step 4: Sign contract and make the deposit
Step 5: Start production and let you know the process every week
Step 6: Inspect quality, quantity and arrange the balance
Step 7: Pack and deliver the goods as per agreed way
